It's been mostly dead today. I think that I've had about 10 minutes between calls most of the day. They were deviating people who were off anytime up to 7, but they have now decided to open the general tech support ( Read more... )

I've just about got this cold licked. I've been fighting it off for about the last week and a half. Woke up today feeling good, I could breathe, the ears were clear. Now, I feel like I going to burn up, I just want to pass out. Or throw up. Stupid persistant viruses.

Sore throats and talking on the phone all day do not go together. That is all.
