I know I've been talking about this for a couple of years now. And gradually I'm picking away at it. Getting literally a room full of books from my uncle's estate has been wearying. I love books! But these are just too many to live in my house. I would need a whole separate floor just for the bookshelves!
But now I've started to put books on our Amazon.com site. So please have a look:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/browse.html?ie=UTF8&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&me=A3FRJ2BYQRTRZP Some are brand new and have just been sitting in boxes for years. Others are duplicates of books I already have. I'm selling the better copies. Great deals to be had! I will be adding more books as I unpack and catalog them. Please pass this link on to anyone you think may be interested.
In my uncle's stash, there are also some rare 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th century books. If you or someone you know is interested in slightly-post-incunabula or other rare early books, please check out my ABE Books store:
http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?sortby=0&vci=874369 I'm adding new books there too as I catalogue and photograph them. The oldest books are already there. Prices can be negotiated a bit.
I'll be updating both of these sites all summer. So if you don't see anything you like, please check back.
