I'm procrastinating...
I have to complete my annual performance review and I'm dragging ass. There are sooo many forms and it's pretty lengthy add to the fact that I have writer's block and not in the mood to BS how I met my goals and accompliments for the year. Ughhh, it needs to be submitted to my direct boss by COB 2day.
Jackson - My lil sweet angel boy. He's been SUCH a champ and not complaining about having that full leg cast on. He has been crawling and dragging his leg along but has not been able to stand/walk to get around. I guess I'm OK with it for now as I really want the leg to heal and if he's walking/putting pressure on it it I'm afraid it will take longer to heal. Ania has been taking him for walks and doing playdates at our place so he's been very content.
I think I'm going to cancel our plane tickets to Florida as we're supposed to leave in 2 weeks and I honestly don't want to fly with him in a cast as I'm afraid of the air pressure and the possibility of his leg or foot swelling in the air and him being uncomfortable etc. Plus just not sure how much fun Florida will be in a cast with no trips to the beach or being able to swim in the pool and Micahel said it's been hot/humid. I'm going to change the tickets to July and take a week around July 4th. I'm hoping the cast is off by then and if at the least he has a shorter cast and hopefully one that is waterproof (my friend said they make them waterproof)>>
