Begging the flist

I need help on some things. So I come to you, flist. TT_TT
First off, I've just recently gotten into the Haruhi Suzumiya series. I watched the first anime and loved it, so now I've tried watching the movie. Only, I can't find a sufficient site anywhere. Everything is either the first five minutes of the movie, or put in a player that requires 'premium', so all I can watch is the first hour or so.
All the downloads are not really downloads, won't work, or are horrendously bad quality and basically a videotaped tv screen.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Because I'm about ready to kick the Haruhi fandom and Google. >.>
I'd prefer a download (with official or fan subs), as I'm thinking about doing some music video editing for this movie, for an MEP audition. ^^ However, if you can't find one, that's okay too.
Second, some of you who've been to my journal recently may have noticed that the menu and part of the header image is covered by the topbar. This is because the original designer for the layout made some poor decisions, and disabled the topbar in the original CSS. I couldn't alter it so that a topbar was would fit, when I first did the coding for my current layout. Clearly LiveJournal has figured out how to override that CSS. So if anyone could please tell me how to lower my header image so that the topbar fits, I would really appreciate that.
