Quick tune-up
- They still love me at work. My kids all adore me which feels good and parents seem pleased. They are all doing well.
- I have a boyfriend. His name is Ryan. We are obsessed with each other. It feels awesome and strangely freeing because I don't feel the same way I did with Moshe. It's like he's himself and I'm myself. I feel no need to impress or agree with him. I'm just happy he likes me anyway.
- Come the next test, I may very well be testing for nikyu (first brown belt). This is kind of impressive and yet terrifying at the same time. Apparently I was wrong about the 50 basics being on a yonkyu test. Its based on skill too so I could very well do the 50 basics and only make yonkyu but I hadn't even considered nikyu... scary.
- I consistently run miles under 10 minutes. My record is 9:40.
- Anxiety's WAY better than it was before.
