Yes, we are still working on the house ;-)
Actually, the upper bathroom has been upgraded to the almost complete level today. We now have a toilet, sink and heating in there. The only thing still missing is the shower door, which will probably arrive and be installed in early December.
Bathroom will all the things you need :-)

Please ADMIRE the lovely, shiny, grinded, stained, polished and overall superb looking wooden support. (It does take a while to get it looking like that, but not TOO long so I never understand why they don't do it in the home renewal shows on TV. The whole room is new and shiny, but they never care with at least grinding the wooden beams. Saaaa...)

That's actually the last thing we still have to do. This staircase.
Chemicals work... hardly. Heating the upper layers and then scratching them off... works hardly. Grinding works... hardly... <-- You should get the picture by now.
There are 100 years of layers on top of each other and it simply takes a lot of effort and combinations of heat/grinding/chemicals to make the stairs look pretty again.
And what it actually looks like for most part of the stairs...
