Or rather: a hotel room and dinner in Kassel ^^;;;

I'll stay in this room for the next four nights, there is a flat screen TV too to the right of the picture and the bathroom is at least twice as big as ours at home _._

Not a bad room at all! Congratulations for the skirt!

Such a pity the mushrooms were too salty, something almost impossible to correct. I wonder what kind they were: they have the color of chanterelles, but not the shape. The tomatoes look good. Were they?

Yeah, the room is really nice (even though the rectangular shapes toilet seats are a novelty for me and not commonly used for reasons _._ )

The mushrooms are chanterelles indeed, but the very small ones. Maybe they are cheaper on the market?
I'm not eating fresh tomatoes as I can't handle them. I can't swallow the fresh ones at all. Once they are heated, e.g. cherry tomatoes in a pasta, I can eat them. Even one minute will do, so... I have no idea if they were good ^^;;;

Oh, I know the problem with tomatoes, it's very common. Something about the acid in the skin. If you peeled them, it might be ok [in boiling water for 30 seconds or so, then peel]. I had that problem for a long time, and then, oddly, it went away!

Shame about the mushrooms, they look delish. I'm very tempted to mock the floral pattern on the beds, though. *g*

Hope Kassel will treat you well!
