Schlachte - June 8th 2012
It's already early June and up here in Bremen we didn't have too many really warm days so far.
We are happy if we get 20 °C...
Carsten and I met in the city today after work, had dinner, and looked around a bit. There was a VERY strong threat of rain, but at least it stopped while we were in the city :-)
Between the river Weser and the actual city centre is something called "Die Schlachte", which is were many, many pubs, restaurants and beer gardens are located. It's really nice to sit there and enjoy a drink on a warm summer night (that is, until the next annoying bachelor or bachalorette party comes along; on Saturdays they are everywhere, really -.-;;;;;;;;;;;;).
