2-layered sweet potato cheese cake.
I think I've figured out now for sure how to ensure that the cake doesn't sink in much :-) Just bake it in the last 10 minutes with the oven door SLIGHTLY open and then let the cake cool down in the oven with the slightly open too.
The sweet potato layer doesn't show much though. Pumpkin is much better *g*
I'm also amazed that the cake didn't stick to the form at all, even though I prepared the form as usual (butter + flour).
The cold cake looked almost perfect when I took it out of the oven.
I went on a slight shopping spree today and got all of this (minus the shells) for 6533 ribbons. I don't think that's a too bad price.
I'm really happy about the 09 items ^^
