Nein, ich war noch nie auf einer Buchmesse, weder Leipzig noch Frankfurt, und sehe das irgendwie auch noch nicht in nächster Zukunft passieren ^^;;;

That sounds really interesting, but...

Eating at least 300 g of veggies/fruits per day?
this point makes it kind of impossible for me... I'm happy that I can afford canned tangerines *lol*

Anyways, ganbatte ne~

Yeah, some person living from Hartz IV said too that it's impossible for her to live according to the schedules they offer for download, as too much meat are included.

Ganbarimasu!

Actually, I think I already eat those 300 gr. It doesn't sound like that much... I love fruit, have 2 or 3 times a day. And we a have a green veg. or salad with dinner.

Anyway, ganbatte, It is worth the try, and may give you good habits to keep the weight off. Think of getting some new clothes or taking clothes in, and looking great at Xmas, even better in January in Japan!

That! @x-mas and Japan ^____^

And yes, one apple is almost 150 g, so that it easy. One carrot, a few raddish and I'm done ^^;;
Salad... I usually find in my wraps. And then it's about 10-15 g... Uhm... yeah ^^;;, I never claimed I was eating very healthy ;_;
