Sag mal, was ganz anderes... kommst du eigentlich auf die Frankfurter Buchmesse nächstes Wochenende? Falls du da wärst, würd ich mal hallo sagen kommen ^.^

Actually, I think I already eat those 300 gr. It doesn't sound like that much... I love fruit, have 2 or 3 times a day. And we a have a green veg. or salad with dinner.
Anyway, ganbatte, It is worth the try, and may give you good habits to keep the weight off. Think of getting some new clothes or taking clothes in, and looking great at Xmas, even better in January in Japan!
And yes, one apple is almost 150 g, so that it easy. One carrot, a few raddish and I'm done ^^;; Salad... I usually find in my wraps. And then it's about 10-15 g... Uhm... yeah ^^;;, I never claimed I was eating very healthy ;_;

Nein, ich war noch nie auf einer Buchmesse, weder Leipzig noch Frankfurt, und sehe das irgendwie auch noch nicht in nächster Zukunft passieren ^^;;;

this point makes it kind of impossible for me... I'm happy that I can afford canned tangerines *lol*
