Today I've signed in to some program (Low Fat 30) that first I'll have to pay for myself, but if I manage to complete it, my health insurance will pay 90% of the total amount.
The 2-3 times a week 30 min sports? No problem.
Writing down every day what I have been eating? No problem either.
Watching all the clips there, that'll be unlocked week after week? I think I'll be able to do that too.
Eating at least 300 g of veggies/fruits per day? I'm feeling like some rabbit already ^^;;;
As I have two people on my f-list who lost 20kg+ already... I wanna try too. Not the 20kg, because that would be TOO much. Well, at least I'd feel much too thin then. Japanese would think I'm still slightly overweight _._ But 10-12 kg are desired.
Uhm, yeah... program will run for 12 weeks (technically 16, because they give you 4 extra weeks, in case of holidays or stuff). Let's see if I manage to actually lose some weight.
