Ningen Shikkaku
Try to guess who this is? (Not THAT difficult ^^;;;)
Hint: It's a dorama from 1994
Yeah, it's Tsuyoshi and Koichi from KinKi Kids ^^;;;
And yes, Koichi does kiss Tsuyoshi (and if I didn't misunderstand him completely, in the making-of Koichi said he was happy about it ^^;;; )
I've spent this weekend watching "Ningen Shikkaku", the dorama where this screenshot is from. And it moved me just as much as LIFE did.
The topic of the dorama is ijime as well and I was close to tears a few times and one time actually sniffeling here ;_;
Content (actually no spoilers!):
The story is about Oda Makoto (Tsuyoshi) who transfers from Kobe to his new school. In his new class there is already some mobbing going on, but when he speaks up and voices his opinion, the mobbing turns against him. BADLY.
Then there is Kageyama Ruka (Koichi) who is some really strange kid (quote: There are flies in my head) and his best friend is a little mouse. Apart from that Ruka has some morbid fascination for blood.
As usual for mobbing victims, Makoto doesn't speak about it with anyone. The whole situation only gets worse by teachers who want to hide things and abuse their powers, more teachers doing the same thing for other reasons, and teachers who are simply too weak and dumb to see what's going on. And poor Makoto suffers endlessly ;_;
Oh, and let's not forget about Ruka and his feelings for Makoto; feelings that Ruka has a very hard time to accept.
That's the plot up to episode 5, afterwards it only gets worse.

It's really strange, but with quite some doramas from the 90s I do have characters I want to KILL. Like chop of their arms, leave them to starve, revive them and then kill them again. -.-;;;
Lately there was only such a character in LIFE...
If you liked LIFE, you'll LOVE this one. Else, stay away from the dorama. Ijime isn't funny and will never be ;_;
The little "romance" between Ruka and Makoto does not justify to suffer through 12 episodes.
