I helped a blind lady today.  There was construction on the sidewalk, and thus a big tunnel of scaffolding ran the length of the block, so you could only enter it from the ends and in the middle.  I saw a blind woman trying to get through it, and she just kept bumping it and was really confused.  I guided her toward an opening.

I almost didn't do it, thinking that sometimes people don't want to be helped.  But we all need help sometimes.
