Most of this weekend has been AWESOME!
However, you should make a note of the word 'most'.
If you can avoid it, do your best not to stay at the 'Star Island Spa and Resort'.
The •only• good thing I have to say about the place is that the room was better than average for the money spent.
Customer service, on the other hand, has been so bad that the entire chain has earned it a place on my shit list.
It turns out the place is part of the Wyndham Resorts part of Wyndham Hotels!
I will be thoroughly checking the ratings of any Wyndham hotel from now on!
