belak_krin kindly gave me a lift to Bar Hill where we met the rest of the party (robinbloke, devalmont, davywavy, twentypence and Alan) and set off in glorious sunshine in three cars to "Location X".
On the A14 we passed a Mitsubishi SUV of the "paranormal investigation team" WTFWT which caused some giggles.

Two days of MEAT and other BBQ'ed foods, chats, music and generally a fun time were had, all less than 5 minutes walk from my doorstep.

My pork steaks found widespread approval, also from BBQmeister Monk.

Also, good to meet oh_kimberley (who is as mad as I thought she would be) and others. Yey.

Came home, felt too tired to cook so just had a big sandwich, and then actually fell asleep reading while I waited for feanelwa to arrive.

After not doing a lot all day, I did some tidying in the late afternoon and then headed to Melbourne.
