Diabetes is a cruel disease. My ex-boyfriend (now brother-in-law, haha) has been diagnosed diabetic few years back and he's far from being obese and he is young (about my age). He has to give himself 3 shots of insulin per day. ;/

But yeah, you're right, Americans eat soooooo badly. Everytime I go to the USA, I feel my stomach stretches like hell. I have to be very careful but I HATE wasting the food and they don't serve NORMAL portion size. Even if you ask for a kids meal (which I asked at Taco Bell) you feel you're having an adult meal.

And sadly, portions are getting bigger and bigger here too. I barely can finish my plate when I dine out now...

All you can eat! Way to go! And die from all the consequences years later! And no problem, we're gonna pay for your healthcare with our taxes! Sorry but non-smokers say smokers cost a shit load of money once they have cancer, but believe me, overweight people, in a few years, will cost a lot more to take care of. We should tax all the junk, fast and processed food, really.

Ce serait une bonne solution, ou servir de plus petites portions au même prix nous amèneraient à ne pas nécessairement vouloir en racheter plus mais à s'en passer simplement.

Juste de penser aux opérations de ceux qui souffrent d'obésité morbide, c'est pas ce qui coûte le moins cher non plus..

Nope. Et pense à toutes les maladies cardio-vasculaires, les maladies du système digestif, les cancers dus aux produits chimiques dans la bouffe... Bref, une vraie merde!

Y'a moyen de BIEN manger et que ça soit bon, aussi =) De la junk, de temps en temps, on adore! Mais 3 fois par jour? Voilà l'extrême que beaucoup de gens prennent pour la normalité.
