"Would you rather not have any friends, but have that one person you know you can rely on, or would you rather have alot of friends, but no one person you know you can rely on?"

I wrote a comment and deleted it. I agree that sometimes things cannot be forced, but I don't really agree it's difficult to make new friends in a new environment. The reason people already have a fixed set of friends, imo, is because people have already weeded out the ones who don't deserve, or haven't yet deserved, to stay. I think whether or not you do depends on what you choose to make of the relationship?

I don't know if this helps, but I never see a relationship as being "meant or not meant to be". It's partly by chance (similar values? complementing personalities?) but a lot of controllable factors count too, like communication.

Wah i should have stalked you that day omg. -____-

I guess it's different for different people, eg that example i gave when i asked you that question. I think sometimes, if you really value the person, why let go and leave it to someone else to make the decision for you? If you really value the person as a friend, then why give up without a fight (not literally)? Every relationship has to be nurtured after all, and it's definitely not an easy task. But because i believe that once in a while i will meet someone special, i will work hard to constantly "maintain" the friendship so that distance and time wont erase anything.

People might not have the opportunity or time to express their feelings often but it doesnt mean they dont care. :D

My bed calls out to me.
