gosh... they really scream at me... they look like they have a sepia tone, i stillw anna try that (dunno how to do that.. but i need to learn lol)
the 3rd picture.. is just EXCELLENT contrast... i mean its a high contrast but not so the features are washed out... im one for slightly over developing my films just to get that extra *thing* it does, so these... beautiful! yeah im such a butt sniffer.. lols!
...and in the other post i meant i like digital slr photos.. and yeah i do agree there are amazing digital photographers... but the ones that use adobe on everything.. like.. i hate when that digital high contrast crap where its just a block of black (for example a portrait) and NO NOSE... eugh... not pretty... but what ever floats other peoples boats!]
Don't worry about it, I lurv long, involved comments :o)
Thank you so much for all the kind words about my photos! As far as exposure goes, I like over-exposing also...makes em look..."darker"? Dunno how to get sepia tones, I know what you're talking about though, my photo teacher taught me a long ass time ago but I never did it so I forgot. If I ever do that I just do it digitally.
Again, I totally see where you're coming from about the digital thing...but I think for me it's more me being scared that my photos will end up looking...fake? I think to be a good digital photographer you have to be a goodl old skool photographer first...like how you can't play electric guitar without learning to play acoustic first. That & you can do SO MUCH with photo shop! I'm like...where do I begin?! & there's too much going on to sit & play around with it all day.
