I love how Catholic the Philippines is...
Sorry guys, I know my exposures were way off in this set!
Even inside a cave...there was a chapel!
And then there was light!
Catholocism was everywhere, it was amazing--you just don't see that in the states! I thought it was lovely. I even saw a giant billboard of Jesus is metro Manila & in the caption it said "Text me. It's free." hehe.
This was taken at the church or Our Lady of Piat in Cagayan. Supposedly one of the miraculous churches of the Philippines, even recognized by the Vatican.
Now...I'm still religous...but I've definitely had my own struggles with it ...& as far as stuff like "miracle water" or "crying statues" & stuff I've always been kind of a cynic...but then I went up to Our Lady of Piat...& I can't exactly put into words what happened but...
Would it be lame for me to admit that I am now a believer in miracles?
