Stretches
Core strengthening stuff (plank, side plank [owwie])
30 mins on an elliptical. I bumped up both my resistance and crossramp today! Woot!
25ish mins on a bike.
Went with J today, which was awesome. Even though we were in our own little ipod fueled worlds it was nice to have somebody there with me. Also, he kept me honest with those side planks. My version of "hold for 20 seconds" is much shorter than his.
