Today's workout:
3/4 of a mile on the treadmill for a warmup, stretches, etc.
Met with my trainer, we worked out a weight training plan, mostly working on my legs (I want hot and sexy gams), and some core stuff. I've got another appointment with him in 2 weeks to do a heart rate test, so we can better tailor my cardio workouts.
Then I did a couple minutes on the elliptical, but my legs were kinda jello from the weights, so I left a bit early. The new plan is to do weights on MWF, cardio on M-Sa, and take Sunday off. It may change a bit when I figure out when J can come with.
By the way, does anyone want me to put this on a filter/behind a cut? I can understand if you don't want to read the minutia of my workouts.
