Deliciousness.

1 T olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic

Sauté lightly until onions turn a little clear. Add:

1 lb. chicken, breast or thigh, cut in strips

When it's almost cooked through, add:

1/2 c. dry white wine
1 pinch oregano

Simmer until most of the wine cooks off and the chicken is cooked through.

Serve on a bed of pasta.
