It turns out I left my journal on my desk a couple of months ago, and between this, that and the other thing and the stack of parchment that seems to multiply every time I turn around... yeah. I'm only just finding this now. I'm honestly not that surprised.
It's been a long week. Well, a couple of weeks, since my last day off was sometime mid-July and I wish I was kidding. But a lot's been done, so I'm happy about that. I'm off on Sunday, though, and I have zero plans other than to sleep and lounge around my flat. Maybe head to the beach if the weather's decent (which I hope it is, because it's been stifling in my neck of the woods as of late, let me tell you. I could go for a good dip in the sea).
But for now, back to work. Once I refill my coffee, of course.
