Terry Pratchett, Soul Music
Now some of y'all should remember that I love to leave quotes from Diskworld (although since I've dragged out all of my Harry Potter books that may change, although I Cannot find the one about the movie that's out now...Grrr)
Let's see, what's up now.
Well, no warning for men although that stuff that now male wants to hear about is now over...Yeah!
I've got to meet with my advisor, Dr. Beatty, next week. I finally found her after wasting a lot of gas driving back and forth from York to Livingston, but she's moving to the 4th floor (she's still the head of the English department although she's got an assistent now) so she wanted me to come by Monday or Tuesday to register for my classes. I'll stop by Monday at 10 and hope she will be in. If not, ask the secretary on the 4th floor when she will be in. If I can meet with her and register for my classes, then off to the department where I can have a new ID and an email account set up for UWA, so I'll have 4 email accounts now, besides the PeoplePC, Yahoo and Hotmail.
As classes start next month I hope it will be fun (although I'm working on my 2nd masters, this time so I can teach English in High School). I'm looking forward to being fingerprinted {believe it or not, I have never been arrested for anything and no one was going to kidnap me when I was a child}, so now the FBI will have documentation on whom I am, that I have never killed anyone (although a lot of humans need it) nor have I ever molested a child.
In fact, the only graduated male student I ever slept with, Jamie, well, he was 23 or older and was no longer my student as I was at Auburn and had come by to LU (now UWA) to see the play and BOY was he worth the wait (he had hit on me when I was still teaching at Livingston, but I ignored him and just thanked him for the wonderful compliment).
Of course, I'm sure that all "important" agencies have documentation on everyone in the world, but hell, that's why nothing every gets finished or done (and no one whom need to be found get lost) Too much information (just like my posts).
Have a great one!
Okay, just a note on what's going on with my life. Sorry to have shared information that few want to read.
