More info on Awesome Day
Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my wonderful news on Friday.
So how about a few more details...
It's a cute 1 bedroom flat, that is literally round the corner (less than 5 minutes walk) from where I am just now. So not only can I stay in the area I've lived my whole life, but I'm so close to my folks that I can save on food bills by stealing from them. Mwahahahahaha!
So I get the best of both world - my own space and privacy, but still close to my parents if I need help.

I already have an agreement on the mortgage, and a very cool broker for my insurance and all that stuff - I really can't believe how easy the whole process has been.
I should be able to move in at the end of January, and one of the best parts is that it's in move in quality - all the furniture and kitchen stuff is included in the price, and it doesn't need decorated. Although I do want to paint - I'm not so keen on that shade of purple in the bedroom, or the pattern on the wall in the living room.
*Bouncy bouncy bounce* I can't believe I finally have my own place. I can't wait to get to the New Year sales so I can buy all the stuff I will need for the flat. I never thought I'd be so excited to go shopping for cutlery sets. Hee.
