progress in one category, at least
Been home for a few days, but have been so busy I still haven't made time to type up my recent adventures. Hopefully I'll find time by the weekend. I've made some progress on one job application yesterday and today--this is the first of the teaching positions I'll be applying for this round (it has the earliest deadline). With luck, once I'm happy with this one it will be an easy matter to edit them for each of the others. They will certainly need some edits, since each uni looking for geology lectures wants a slightly different specialty. Fortunately, I've got a reasonably broad background in my research, which gives me a larger list of things for which I can reasonably apply. However, I have lots of other work I need to be doing, too. Tomrrow though, as I'm sleepy tonight.
Fortunately, I've now accomplished both trips to distant stores that I needed to do, so that will free up some time. Or perhaps not, since I still like to get exercise each day too...
Ok, time for me to shut down the computer, do my yoga, read my 1000, and get some sleep.
