I don't know why I expected more out of a company that hired me under a fraudulent contract to pull off an enormous tax scam, but I did. Our HR director outright lied to me about the terms of the new contracts, and I'm so angry about the lack of integrity in this company. I'm tired of the way we're being treated here, and I think it's appalling for an HR director to behave the way ours did. I'm angry about my pay cut. I'm angry I had to go to bat for my rights as an employee, and I'm angry that I got punished for it monetarily.
If anyone knows of an employer that won't lie to me or defraud the government and make me party to it, I'm all ears.
