Everything on hold
It seems all of my projects are on hold lately.
Spent over $150 on materials to make curtains for the entire house. But I fried the electricity to the attic, so there is no light up there to sew by, much less power to run the actual sewing machine.
For once, I have two fiber projects going on. The main one is my mom's Christmas gift. It's going rather slowly though. The first part actually went quite fast, but then I lost interest for some reason. Haven't been working on it like I should. And I'm getting a bit dismayed at how it's turning out. Crochet just doesn't seem to be meant for this sort of thing. I need to finish the part I'm on and try to block it tonight so I can move on to the next part.
I also have a knitting project on some needles. It's a rather simple swimsuit cover-up. Basically I do that one when I'm going over my mom's so that it doesn't ruin the surprise of her gift.
