Had a good run today. Decided I was once again going to walk for 5 minutes, run for 15, then walk for 10. Halfway through the run, my ipod froze, so I had no music. That really sucked and made the rest seem to take forever. And my knees started aching ever so slightly. I decided I was only going to run for 10 minutes. As soon as that timer hit 10 minutes (counting down from 30 minutes), I would start walking. And then I realized that since I'd started running at 25 minutes, at 10 minutes, it would have been 15 minutes of running, and not just ten! I was quite proud of myself, so I ran for an extra minute. I figure I need to work up to running longer anyway.
My calves are really tight from doing the stair climber yesterday. Must remember to keep stretching.
