I love the fact that it tells a beautifully sad story and still has a jaunty melody and gorgeous harmonies. Also the fact that it's more obscure, so people who only know "Greatest Hits" stuff have often never heard of it.
2nd choice would be "Love Of My Life" because Freddy's vocal is so intense and when performed live in concert with the audience singing along it was a way to share to share the love between the band and the audience.
