I've been "stuck" on Week 3 Day 1 for a while. Tonight I got about halfway through the targeted max reps set (8 of 15).
No one has mentioned my lack of posting on this subject ... there's a failure there somewhere... either these posts occur as spam to the majority of people and their absence hasn't been missed, or no one cares enough about my progress in the program to make sure I stick with it. :P
