Saw Kill Bill Vol1 with Neon, Rojzik and Fuul last night. Very cool movie. I don't know that there was much going on below the surface action, but the action was enough. I wonder where I can get me a masterwork keen vorpal katana ... the ammount of blood in the movie was excessive to the point of Evil Dead proportions. It can be interpreted as nothing other than comic blood sprays, most of the time. And you gotta love David Carradine as Bill. Carradine best known as Kwai Chang Caine in the series Kung Fu and Kung Fu: The Legend Continues

We returned to jaehop, Neon having taken Fuul home. While waiting for Neon, I decide to watch the Trigun episode "REM SAVEREM" to prove that Kuro Neko isn't in that episode. After Meg's wedding last weekend it came up about the cat being in every episode and I agreed, then quickly correted myself, saying it wasn't in REM SAVEREM, to which Meg replied that she was sure it was. It had been a while since I had seen the episode, so I didn't press it at the time. But now I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Kuro Neko isn't in that episode.

Neon arrived and several hours of D&D later Zcorbish is still alive! Hooray! [I haven't updated his blog yet] and we now have a boat, after using a party of St. Cuthbert clerics and paladins to help us in our assault on the lizardman home. The Cuthberts all died, Draeyvzz grabbed the artifact he was looking for while Zcorbish slew lizardmen left and right (taking lots of damage as well). The escape was blocked for a short time, until Draeyvzz and two Cuthberts could kill the lizardmen in the way (the Cuthberts dying in the process). Draeyvzz calls out "Let's get out of here!" so Zcorbish shouts "So long suckers!" and flees, leaving the remaining two Cuthberts to face the Lizardman king (who was frothing at the mouth) and the lizardman shaman (who was healing the king) There was much D&D goodness last night :) Followed by episodes 13 and 14 of Neon Genesis Evangelion, then to bed.
