Well, my guy wanted to be a rock star, but it's not working like he hoped. So he's giving up entirely and moving back home to do god knows what. And I'm going with him! Sure, I could dump him and find another boyfriend, but I'd rather move to the sticks with a guy who runs home because something is hard.

Our neighbors love their music. Most of the time it's not too awful, so we don't really mind that we can hear it over the wall. They also have Rock Band, which gets funnier as they consume more beer. I went to see the Babyland/Combichrist show last night.  The set was good-- Babyland sounded really great.  Maybe they slipped the sound guy some extra $$.  Combichrist was good too, but their songs all begin to run together after a while.  The afterparty at Club Suicide felt like a reunion of sorts.  So many people I haven't hung with in so long, ( Read more... )
