it's simple enough. all of july, draw pictures around town with sidewalk chalk, to make art more meaningful. i'm with kat; everyone should do this to try and make their towns colorful and pretty and spontaneous. i mean, there's a bit more to it than that... but check it out. i think we should spread it around livejournal, too. they want a worldwide thing, and that would be neat.
