Sometimes I'm slow at catching on. I didn't realize until this morning that my iPhone has been tracking my daily steps via the Health app. Look at all that data it's been collecting! I did all the things! I stretched, I went to the dentist -- no cavities -- then to the doctor -- she put me on Lipitor to address my borderline blood fats, and meanwhile I'll try to reduce animal/dairy fats & alcohol and lose a bit of weight (185 now, 175 would be better). Yes, been workin' since 6:30am, with a one-hour break to take T to the train station. I'd thought I would go running on this lunch break, but don't quite have enough time for that. Looks to be a rainy day, so perhaps I should stick with lifting today and returning to running tomorrow. We'll see how the day's weather actually shakes out. I'll start by stretching either way. Definitely overdid the hot tub for a work night, but I also really needed it.

So slept past sunrise, but woke with enough time to get to the office on time.
