Right, the smoke suppresses my appetite, that's why I'm not hungry tonight, and that was a factor in my symptoms during the last wave as the smoke got worse.

Damn. Why does it suppress my appetite? It's fine for now, but if I want to function during the work day tomorrow I'll have to force myself to eat on schedule.

T wasn't here to see me while it was happening, nobody was. But he told me on the phone the other night that he believed that once I noticed I was having any symptoms from the smoke, that it caused my anxieties to explode into a major panic attack -- that my symptoms were mainly psychosomatic ( Read more... )

Feeling much better than before. It does really seem correlated with the smoke density outside. When I had the confusion/clumsiness/meltdown around 11am it had been Code Purple outside for a few hours, but now it is back to Code Orange and I'm feeling much better ( Read more... )
