first day off as a non-supervisor
It's way way more of a day off, because as a supervisor there was always a tendril around my neck, threatening to pull me back into the workspace.
I'm still not completely free of the tendril, because there is still that one more leftover supervisory task that I'm waiting on somebody else for, and that Deputy Boss could bug me about at any moment "HAVE YOU HEARD BACK FROM X YET?", so I'm still keeping an eye on my inbox.
But it's 90% less ... and I'm feeling a taste of what it will be like when it really is 100% less ...
