Monday morning
Was up early to take out the trash/recycling and then take T to Amtrak. Now I'll have the rest of my breakfast, then I'll log into work, then I'll try to figure out when I can do a walk break today, and which days I'll commute, which days I'll run, which day I'll lift weights, etc.
I just now paid off my car loan. I was going to wait until we get over the shutdown hump on Friday, but I just went ahead and paid it off this morning. Now other than the mortgage I've got the TSP loan, which will be paid off next March.
I'm feeling the transition anxiety this morning, but at least I didn't feel it yesterday.
Yesterday I had a pleasant evening with T around the fire pit, after I spent the afternoon first in the hot tub and then reading a book outside on the patio. It was good having T around, he'll return in two weeks.
I don't expect to see B this week. David had said he'd meet me at the spanking party on Saturday, but then he didn't show. I had a lot of fun anyway, but now that's two weekends in a row where David said he'd show up to hang out with me and then didn't.
OK, let's eat that bagel, then look at the work stuff. Nah, let's look at the work stuff first, get the transition over with.
