I made it through a full telework day ... now lifting weights before I figure out what to have for dinner. I had a protein shake halfway through my workout, after I finished the exercises requiring me to lie down.
I made a Blue Apron meal for lunch, that was tasty :-) so many vegetables.
OK, figured out what I'm having delivered for dinner.
Will commute tomorrow ... not sure whether to try to get a haircut while I'm already downtown, or whether to send a message back to that young feller that he could meet me at the condo after work tomorrow ... I was really feeling full or even squished already and wasn't planning on any more social stuff until after next week ... I have a trip ahead that will socially consume my weekend and then a super busy work week next week ...
At least today I stretched, and ran, and lifted weights, all of the above. Now if I can run 6 miles on Thursday morning I will feel fine not exercising on Friday morning as I prepare for my trip. Well, I could still do an early morning walk on Friday. Hmmmm ... I could potentially play with toys Thursday night ...
I think the chances of rain have passed, I could go out to the hot tub for a bit before bedtime, but I'm also already sleepy, continuing my new habit of getting sleepy early now that my work stress has diminished and I'm able to fall asleep more easily. I could also go back to that previous role-playing video game that I didn't finish, Life is Strange 2.
Let's see whether I have any energy at all after I eat dinner, I might just crawl into bed and fall asleep while watching something. If I sleep early, and wake early, I'll have time to stretch in the morning before heading downtown.
There are also a couple topics I could write about this evening ... if I'm not too sleepy.
