2023, where's my new charitable giving
I've been doing background thinking about the goals and structure of my charitable giving. At first the idea was to show that I could live on less each year, and it didn't matter so much where that cash went instead. Then I wanted at least some of it to represent carbon offsets, and I decided the best bang-for-the-buck there was population reduction via contraception and abortion aid. But I also want at least some of it to help with poverty reduction. And at least some of it to advocate for my utopian policy goals.
I'm missing a charity that reduces species extinction and increases rewilding.
OK, for January I'm adding the International Fund for Animal Welfare :-)
