OK, I slept normally! I'm mostly packed! To Do List is under control! Beard is trimmed!
My plan is to leave the house around 10am. I'll get out of bed at 6am to stretch, have a pre-running snack, then run 4 miles at 7am. Should be back by 8am. Cool down will take 15 minutes, then I'll do a combo of eating breakfast, final chores, shower & brush teeth, final packing, etc.
Drive to airport, park, check a bag, go through security (leaving both cage and toys at home for this short trip). Probably buy a sandwich or something for eating on or prior to the flight. Study my materials on the plane. Taxi to the hotel, check into conference, get dinner, continue studying my materials. Thursday morning stretch, go on a walk break, continue studying my materials. Do the panel Thursday afternoon. Then chill in LA! Head back home Friday.
I've got this! Much less stressed than last year, when I didn't even have to travel, or three years ago, when I did travel to Chicago.
My biggest stressor is going to be putting on dress clothes that don't quite fit for an hour, but next time I'll fix that problem earlier in the timeline.
