calm people, calm discussions

T and I had basically worked everything out via text messages on Sunday morning, before I went back to the house.  When I showed up, he looked and sounded super calm, as though weeks of built-up anger had washed out of his system.  We had lunch, I took a nap.  We talked some on Sunday evening, even more during and after dinner tonight.  Both of us expressed understanding of the stresses the other has been experiencing, and offered to help each other in specific ways.

So, doing much better after that mutual anger loop that started Friday morning and persisted through Saturday.  We both had some pent up anger and resentment, made worse by having to rely too much on each other during this Quarantine.

It will probably happen again someday, hopefully we can practice cooling off again when it does.
