I had to watch a mandatory 3-hour training video today, so I took my laptop to the basement and did my complete weight lifting workout while watching it. I'm starting to make progress with the weights -- at first I was being careful having designed a new routine after a few months away from the gym. Now my muscles are catching on and I'm starting to increase the weights.

I've got all the pieces now.

Running 2-3x/week
Aerobic dance 2x/week
Dax walks 1-2x/day
Abs 2x/week
Back 3x/week
Stretching 3-4x/week
Weight lifting 2x/week
Meditation 6x/week

Except, well, I'm still not hopping on the scale to force myself to lose weight. I'm still against revving up that particular OCD. In the mirror I can see improvement.

As for diet, a big part is working with Tod to reduce our nightly alcohol consumption. Beyond that, I'm not sure yet.
