Plans for the summer holidays
As of today, I am done with the first year of my university life! *throws confetti* It's been almost 6 months since my last journal entry but I am here to celebrate the end of my last examination for this academic year! Here comes almost 3 months long of summer holidays! I hope that I would be able to make full use of this summer holidays to do what I want - bowling, studying, working, baking, fangirling... It really sucks that I had to put fangirling Arashi on hold for the past semester for school. Not that I actually see myself improving by doing that anyway.:/
Since I am still on braces, I have to continue my part-time job to earn money for the monthly installments. I also plan to start bowling again (I think I haven't been doing it for the past year since bowling requires money orz) but perhaps not as frequent for financial considerations woops.:x I have signed up for lessons in university during the summer hols and I am actually looking really forward to it despite how much I dread school. There will be local field trips! But then again, I am worried about meeting new people and making friends. After my first year in university, I find it extremely challenging to make friends since all the people I met in the various modules I took...are all different, LOL. Different in the sense that we all plan to major in different areas. And after a semester of lectures and tutorials, everyone simply part their ways and it is rather unlikely that I will ever meet them in tutorials again. Thats how difficult it is to even attempt to talk to someone or try to make friends knowing that I will not see them again after the semester ends. I plan to do some baking as well, hahahahaha, I have been craving for some homemade matcha cupcakes and matcha pancakes!
My results for the examination would be released at the end of the month so I suppose I am just going to lie around everywhere and not think about it until the day before. I am not very optimistic for my results as compared to the previous semester though. I feel like I screwed up the examinations and it will pull my overall grades down. *deep sighs* :(
