I'm hungry.. I think I've been eating very little, at least for these couple of days. I'd usually skip breakfast, by that I mean I would just have a glass of milk, and then my lunch and dinner would take around 10 minutes combined.

Back to 155lb. But it's expected. I never thought 160 would be anything other than a temporary weight gain. What I am trying to do though is to push it to 150 or below. But actually, as long as I could lose the love handle, I'd be more than happy.. losing it and then firming it up.

That is going to be tough, though. Back in high school my body composition was lower than 10% fat, and that was cool, but now? Far from it.
