I'm having a fairly good day, if a little lazy...
Got up earlyish, but got into town later than planned. Met Hannah in Starbucks and we had coffee and a chat for a while, until we managed to get outselves out of the too comfy armchairs. Met Otoha, did a little shopping.
My presents to myself:
-a new razor which one of those new-fangled soap attachments. I'm sceptical. I'm sure it'll get a bit gross after a few uses. But it was half price...cheaper than actually buying new blades..
-4 eyeshadow cube from Body Shop and some lip butter
-new body bar from Lush. It smells so nice...I used my last within a week.. It's the 'You Crack the Whip' one.
-cute top with the Monopoly policeman on from New Look (20% off)
-earrings for the Ball that match my dress
My room has suffered from my onslaught of work lately, so I'm now about to start a bit crazy clean-up and get some sense of order in here again! But want to finish by 9...there's that thing with meeting the original Star Trek characters on TV at 9pm...
And I think I really am fighting off a cold : / I can't stop sniffing and I have that dubious 'I'm feeling a little bleh' feeling that usually precedes it.
Spoke to my mother earlier...who again tried her utmost to persuade me to come home, like...now. There's a multitude of reasons not to and the fact that we'll pull each others hair out within two weeks is just one of them.
Slightly worried that I've noticed my clothes are slightly looser after starting this food study. My dress only just fits me...if I lose weight...it might not fit me properly. Argh -__-)'' Talk about an annoying position to be in.
