Ginko stepped out of the boat, nodding in a friendly way to the fisherman who'd agreed to take him across. Pulling his box out of the boat, he settled it in place on his back, and turned away from Mizusato.
He'd ended up staying there over a week, much longer than he'd originally intended. It was about time he tracked down where the nomads were. He could travel with them a while, and then...
Well, he'd just take it one day at a time from there. It wasn't like he had anyone waiting for him now, and he wouldn't for as long as the Gods kept him here. He might as well relax a little.
