Summary: Juudai goes to the bakery for food and ends up babysitting again. This can only be solved by one thing.... Children's Card Games.
The best thing about Johan not being a kid again is that Juudai doesn't need to watch him 24/7 anymore. Not that Juudai hated it or anything, but a lot of things that normally would have been done over the weekend were not, in fact, done, and so he is now in the process of running Necessary Errands that had been postponed. Such as buying food, for example. As Errands go, that one tends to get kind of Necessary.
By now, he knows his way around most of Mizusato's food shops. The food budget is decent for this week (he'd sold a lot of fish), so instead of going to the bakery he knows well, Juudai decides to branch out a little and see if the prices or quality might be better at one of the ones across town. It's an extra walk, but the day is nice - and besides, he should give Johan some time to cool off after the pet names incident.
This bakery is much smaller than the large one Juudai frequents, but it seems all the cozier for it. There are a couple tables to sit at and eat some of the sweeter offerings with someone else (that's a nice thought). Juudai walks in and takes a moment to admire the interior before actually stepping up to order anything.
