To be fair, the vast majority of those were seen back when I was a nipper, and learning English from the TV. Which is why I sometimes have very strange notions of reality. I also noticed an unsurprising focus on US shows (I'm sharp, me, sharper than a very sharp thing indeed), so I tried to even things out a wee bit. There are plenty of show there that I didn't include, like "My Family", "Hornblower", "Sharpe", "Q.I.", "French & Saunders", "The Vicar of Dibley", etc. But you get the idea.
