Happy 20th Anniversary SR '92
This year marks the 20th anniversary of ITB class of '92, and SR '92 as well. Btw, just to avoid confusion, Indonesian based its class on entrance year, not on graduation.
What had happened in 20 years? A lot! However what funny is, that most of us SR '92 -- students of FSRD ITB (Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Desain) class of 1992 -- still believes that our college times, is among the high points in our life, and we're more than eager to have a flash back and experience what it was like living 20 years ago, in a form of... facebook comments!
Already there is more than 6,500 comments written on what was meant as a posting informing the 20th anniversary logo: http://j.mp/xeNqZJ.
Beside of the nostalgic talks a'la Barudak SR, the comments includes as well, a curhat session among the now fathers and mothers, settling unfinished love/crush stories, and clearing any ambiguities that might still exists.
I myself however, having my college gf from another university, left fairly little tracks of my love life in the community those years; except for some seasonal crush with different magnitude, but all of which, I believe, have already had closures.
Come to think of it, is it because we were involved quite deeply with each-other in and out of our study, that makes our friendship memorable? Well 8 years of togetherness and lots of sleepless nights working on our assignments together, followed by occasional curhat during after-midnight breaks, surely left deep marks, deep memorable marks. And I'm glad I was part of that bunch.
